Broadband usage not reset?

Hi there.. My broadband usage usually resets every month on the 3rd, but this month it saying its the 27th. I'v now hit my 60gb limit even tho i brought it to the attention of a plusnet staff with a ticket yesterday yesterday & he said :-

Escalating to correct pool for your usage to be reset

I was under the limit at this time, and only just hit it this morning when checking to see if the usage had been changed, but it'd hadn't.
Would be much appreciated for an update on what's going on as I've heard nothing back since.

Welcome to the forums Smiley It looks like we have extended your broadband billing month to align with your home phone. We'll reset your usage shortly.
