Broadband service upgrade

Last Tuesday the Options team upgraded my Broadband service. I also have a Phone service with Evenings and Weekend calls which was not part of the discussions.
The confirmation received in Ticket No. 76481339 states that my phone service is now an Anytime with a charge of £4.50 to be applied to my new monthly payment.
This change may well have been a slip of the pen so I immediately queried this with a subsequent 'For good order's sake' chaser but have not received any response.
I feel it is better sorted now without finding at the end of the month payment time that all is not right so I would be grateful if this matter could be concluded now.
