Broadband restrictions from late billing

Morning,

 

I'd woken this morning to find restrictions placed on my plusnet broadband.  Ironically most things work, one major exception being the actual plusnet site to pay my outstanding bill - the bill is only outstanding by 6-7 days to my knowledge.  So much for the 14 day payment window.

 

Before its suggested no I do not get the redirect to the failed.billing.plus.net page, it just times out.  Also from what I can see this has been an ongoing issue since at least 2018 and is STILL not resolved?

 

Could I possibly get restrictions removed so I can arrange payment of my bill.

Sorted via reaching out on twitter.  This really shouldn't still be an issue years down the line though.
