Broadband products???????

I have been on the same product since I joined plusnet 2 years ago. It's called the extra package with 60gb abs unlimited between 0000-8000. Just by pure chance I noticed tonight the there is an unlimited packages which appears to be exactly the same but £2 cheaper per month. Is there any difference between the two and should I change over. I find it strange that they would keep me on the 60gb one when the my can offer me unlimited.

Re: Broadband products???????

It makes sense to change over, it sounds like you opted out of the marketing emails otherwise you would have found out sooner Smiley
The new product will require you to agree to a new minimum term contract.

Re: Broadband products???????

To get the best price you have to commit to a new contract. Some people would get VERY upset if they were automatically transferred on to a new product that left them with cancellation charges if they needed to leave.
Just like gas, electricity, insurance, bank savings and many other things you need to regularly check the products on offer and decide if your current product is the most appropriate for your needs.
