Hi I made my broadband payment this morning and all went through and was good my end however the page didn't update and no receipt was sent. (a message did flash up but too quickly for me to see properly saying there was an issue they aware of and to try again later.) Before even considering trying again I checked my bank and the payment had actually gone through.
This is the first time I have had this issue Can some one please sort this out.
