I had an email to say broadband is live, but it is not. Plus, I had an email to say my BT number would be transferred, yet I have been assigned a new and number. Please kindly fix. To get broadband up and running. And the correct number transferred from bt to plusnet.
In your email you’ve quoted the telephone correctly but assigned the wrong one.
