Broadband is restricted even though I've paid

Hi

My wifi has been restricted for ages now even though I've paid. This is really annoying as some sites are being blocked and I've been using mobile data. It just says restrictions will be lifted soon but it's been over a week. Can someone help lift the restrictions please?

 I have raised it for our team to unrestrict it for you. It can take up to 2 hours.
