Broadband error - no invoice in failed billing

I keep getting a message when I log onto some sites, error this account has no invoice in failed billing, it won't go away despite phoning the tech support. Thanks

Sorry to hear you’re seeing this message.
Can you switch your router off for 65 minutes then let us know if you’re able to browse normally after that?
