Broadband discount not being applied

Trying to get thru currently to CS.
I was one of those whose exchange was regraded by PN "in arrears", so I got a refund for last year and appeared to be getting a huge discount for the second year of my original deal -HOWEVER, this month's invoice has turned up with NO discount on it. If one of the Customer Care teams sees this ,perhaps they could pick it up for me?Huh

Couldn't get thru on the phone but managed to get on Chat ! Hopefully its now sorted -I await a refund after the DD has cleared ....and next months bill with interest !!! (thats personal not monetary)  Grin

Looks like the discounts have been applied now and I'll check back in about a week to double check that the refund has been issued for you.
