Hi , I’ve been pushed this way as no ones available at plusnet ! I want to find we’re on my account it tells me if my contract has come to an end .

Log into your account, and the top of the initial page should tell you - mine finishes 08.08.2021 as shown.

Thanks John , when I looked all it says is unlimited (contracted) with no dates , so still bemused .

Mark, the only other ideas I have are: (1) Did you save your email notification of the contract? or (2) You will have to ring Plusnet and ask them - but be prepared for a wait on the phone.

I'm fairly sure that's what it says when you're out of contract but ideally we need that confirming by a PN staffer
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi john , look as if I’ve somehow lost email confirmation so will have to get in touch with them when possible , it’s amazing anyone who wants something off me seems to get in touch but the other way round is impossible , makes you wonder , cheers
