Broadband contract expired but without due notice

I have looked back through all of previous emails I have received from Plusnet and, yes, I had agreed to an 18 month contract back in July 2019 when I moved house.
Unfortunately though I somehow failed to make a note of the expiration date.
However, I certainly did NOT receive an email recently to tell me that the contract was about to expire – otherwise I would have done something about it !
Now though, I need to know what exactly what I shall be paying monthly from hereon and then perhaps I can decide whether or not to continue but no help there either from Plusnet !
Why do they not properly document such important details ?

@Silverfox13 Your contract start and end dates are displayed on the Home page of the Members Centre - do you never visit it? - although that be no help now your contract has expired. Did you not keep the email confirming your contract details?
Someone who can remember will possibly let us know when PN introduced their 'Contract Review' system, I honestly don't know as my last one was before the system was introduced.

We only started offering fixed price contracts and account reviews for any contracts which started on or after 8th August 2018.
