99 as shown on my account today. I am staggered you are tryimg to pull such a stunt. This issue needs escalating as this is far off the figure i agreed to at point of renewal. I am quite willing to move away in spite of now been a customer for sometime. Time for an urgent account review as clearly something is far from right here. Thank you. E

I'm really sorry you've been having problems with your billing. I've had a look and can see the deal that was offered. The discounts look to have been applied to the first two bills but failed to add on the November bill for some reason. I've re-added them and refunded the over payment from this month.
