Broadband and Phone Order Problem


Good Afternoon
I am hoping someone from Plusnet can help me with this. I placed an order for broadband and phone on Monday, and have received no email communication apart from the welcome email. I talked with a chat advisor who said they would send my details over to the orders team as no orders have been placed for my account. My account is still pending and I was assured that I would have received an email by now giving me my 'go live' dates for broadband and phone. Could you please look into this for me. If you need me to PM any details then I am happy to do so.

Thanks very much for your help. My phone line has now been activated and I have been told my broadband will activate on the 22/05/2015. Given that my order has already been delayed by several days, Is there any way I can get this activated earlier? I should also mention that I do have a compatible router I can use in the meantime if my Plusnet router does not arrive in time.

Unfortunately it takes 4 working days for broadband to go active I'm afraid.

My Plusnet router is still awaiting dispatch. Do you know when it will be dispatched as my broadband activates on Friday?

It was dispatched last night, so I reckon it'd be with you either Wednesday or Thursday.
