Broadband Usage Tracking Fault

For the second month running I've been charged for going over my broadband allowance.
It is extremely difficult to monitor my usage because my Broadband Usage Tracking statistics have not been displayed for well over a year.
I've raised an online call and spoken to support staff directly but the tool still does not work.

You are not treating me fairly but providing a metered service but not giving my the tools to use it effectively.

Is this really a general fault (as I've been told) or is this an account problem you can fix?

I would humbly suggest you start a formal complaint as this issue has not been resolved within 2 billing periods and is costing you money and no doubt stress.
If Plusnet are not making an attempts to fix it, then a formal complaint, deadlock letter and the Ombudsman to get redress and resolution is the only way forward.
