Broadband Showing No Usage Again

I've just logged in to check my broadband usage, as I'm nearing the end of my billing month, and no data for the present month is available.

"Sorry, there's nothing to show at the moment.

This might be because your account is new, or your usage has been reset for a new billing period."

 

No it isn't, and not it hasn't been - that happens in 4 days time.

This appears to be a near repeat of the April 2017 problem.

How am I to know where I am in relation to the cap?

Sorry to see this.

I've refreshed the broadband component on your account to try to fix this.

Can you switch your router off for 10 minutes letting us know how it goes please?

Nope, no change. It is showing the past 3 months' usage (before this billing month started, that is), but that's no quite so important.

And as far as I know, it's been not showing the current usage since the start of this billing month. I remember checking soon (probably an hour or two) after the month started and saw the "nothing to show" message and didn't take much notice, as it was probably correct then. It isn't any more.

I've got to point out that your contract is unenforceable without that information being available to me.

Progress! Thumbs_Up - thank you.

I have it back - sort-of, and as it was. But should it look like this? Methinks something's still not as the designer envisaged (AdGuard is not active):

On the monthly detail page, why, oh why, is it not possible to expand the box to show the whole week and its total without the need for horizontal scrolling?

It's still as in Message 5.

I've also noted in the ticket thread that setting a font size of 12px for the table allows the whole week's data to be seen without scrolling.

But I do have the numbers even if I can't see the whole month in one go, without getting the developer tools out.

Indeed I am, a Samsung Galaxy S3, and OMG - when I scroll down, the 'detail tab' magenta box completely fills the initial summary view (overlaid by the SIM offer), and the week table shows Mon - Fri only without scrolling. On the detail page I can only see 3 days "Allowance used" | "Wed" | "Thu" | "Fri" in portrait orientation, "Allowance used"  to "Mon" in landscape, and I can't pinch-zoom out, only in. The rubric "Here's a breakdown..." is completely broken, it flows off the r.h. edge of the screen and can't be brought into view at all.

Do you need pictures?

To try to figure out whether it's a mobile issue, do you have a desktop or laptop you can try?

The picture in message 5 and all before message 9 referred to an Asus Laptop - display 1366 x 768 running Ubuntu Linux. Opera, Chrome & Firefox all behave the same, as does IE11 in Win10 in VirtualBox in Ubuntu. Message 9 itself refers to the Samsung Galaxy S3 as mentioned.

My reading is for non-mobile devices, it's definitely a formatting/scaling issue of the font size in relation to the size of the scrolling window the table is displayed in, I don't know enough about programming for mobile to comment.

It sounds like the issue may be when using a non-standard font.

Are you able to keep using it at 12px when looking at the usage?

I've not changed the font, and no, it reverts automatically on a page reload.
