Hi - as above, recent broadband subscriber, have never received the email to claim the reward card. Have checked my spam folder, and the email regged in my account is the correct one.
Getting bounced around the houses with different support avenues: live-chat, then 0800 587 2013, 10 minutes in a queue, it hangs up on me, tried again, told they have no record of me, bounced to plusnet customer services ...... queue greater than 45 minutes. Sorry, don't have time for that.
I see others have had reward card problems sorted via the forums, so if possible could someone here try sort it out?
