Broadband Password resetting
I wonder if you can help. Yesterday I lost all internet connection. The router showed a long orange light and a red b. I phoned support who told me that someone had change the broadband password on the router. The thing is it was working when I left for work and stopped working during the day when no one was in the house. The support analyst was adamant that someone had changed it. I reset it and it worked. Overnight the same thing has happened again.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Just wondering what the next step is to try and get this resolved.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having.
I've carried out some work on your account which should sort this.
Can you try carrying out a factory reset using the pinhole on the back and them monitor it going forward?
