Broadband New customer unable to login , No communication or receipt after plan purchase

Hi There, 

I am really fed up of trying to login to my new account after successful payment. I bought plan yesterday and Amount has been taken from my account after broadband plan purchase but there was no confirmation email which was sent to me, no sms on phone, Nothing .I tried to reset password but system says

Invalid username or password.

I have also enabled cookies and tried it N-number of times but same issue. I did tweeted on this but no response form your team, I did call up on customer care & waited for around 20 mins no response. 

Things look more suspicious and unprofessional when money is taken for you and no receipt or confirmation has been sent. There is no update since past 24 hours . 

Can someone please help on this ?

@plusnet team , Can you please confirm things if all okay OR shall I make a fraud complaint in which your online payment system was used to do so . Bank says that the payment has been done to Plusnet PLC.
