Hello
Yesterday my broadband stopped and after some investigation on my account I can see that you have never sent me a new contract so I think you just cut me off. I also see that my address is my old address and that my new address is only shown on a question I asked when I moved in October/November 2018 and the question was never completed.
Can this be quickly rectified as I am currently working from home, as is my partner. I happy to pay a new contract to get it back on, I just need broadband switched on again.
