Broad Band usage allowance

I’m going to overrun this month, apart from being throttled back to 128k what other restrictions apply?, are they listed somewhere?

That is about it, but it is 24/7 not just peek time, so midnight to 8am you are restricted as well

I've been away for a few months, cut from extra to value for the period I was away, then missed the date for the upgrade.
