Have just received this email twice from support@plus.net.

We don't have any valid payment details saved for your account. You can add a card
or Direct Debit details by going to My Account:

Note: If we can't take payment we may apply restrictions to your service.

When I go to my account and check, the direct debit details are there.
What is happening?
