Can this be done ? I have a call to 09040498229 on my latest bill and I'm struggling to understand what it is.
Generally, I'd like all premium rate numbers barred from my landline.

There is not an automated procedure but Plusnet staff can arrange this at a rate of £2.50 pm (less if bought with other options). This must be paid for a few months at a time in advance and not as part of the monthly bill.

Thanks Matt
Raised a ticket (50444597) and the response was :
"Thank you for your query. Unfortunately the ability to block calls to specific numbers is not a service we currently offer."

Sorry for the confusion about this,
I think Matt may be thinking of "Choose to Refuse" which we can apply manually for £2 per month.
Bear with me though whilst we see if there is a way to apply this manually.
Adam.

I'm sorry I wasn't able to get back to you on Friday about this, with your permission I can place the order for you to apply this after that we'd need to charge you manually by card every 3 months. Does this sound OK?
