Black Friday 2023 deal

Hello,

Regarding the Black Friday 2023 deal - based on the text it says £41.49 every month for 24 months - this leads me to think that CPI won't be charged on top of this - could anyone advise? Thanks!

You will most likely find the CPI+3.9% rise is still in action - see the full terms and conditions.

Re: Black Friday 2023 deal

I am not sure if your screen shot missed it, I have checked an address where Full Fibre can be install and it displays

£41.99 a month *

The devil is in the detail.

* The price for broadband, line rental, call plans and call charges will be increased each March from 2022 by the Consumer Price Index rate of inflation published by the Office for National Statistics in January of that year plus 3.9%. Other prices, content and terms may also change during your contract. See our CPI Plus 3.9% Guide.

As John says the T&C will be the place to check, knowing the over inflation price rise occurs every year now I would very much doubt it would stop.
