Bills have shot up, Why?

Hello
I've just had my monthly bill reminder and seen it has gone up substantially. I've checked the last three payments and found it has done so since last December. Why is this. I was paying £26. its now nearly £30.

Although it's not exactly a secret that Plusnet have been having big problems with their billing system in recent months, the most likely explanation is that your contract ended last November.
If that is the case you can ring PN renewals and try to negotiate a better deal.
