Quote "What has a phone contract got to do with the broadband contract you were trying to get free. They are two totally separate contracts.
Your broadband contract clearly starts from 13/07/11 which is when you were billed.
I hope you are aware of what you will need to pay if you do cancel the contracts.... and you can't cancel via the forums... read the T&C for the methods plusnet require for cancelling contracts." end quote.
I'm fully aware of Ts & Cs
I'm also aware of SARs
I'm also fully aware of recording telephone conversations because i record them, and since i had no home phone or broadband in July so how on earth could i read emails dated pre August

I love it when people post the evidence that destroys their own case!
The screen shot clearly show "Value" - you've signed up to Extra!

and it started on the 12th, and they took their first money on the 13th, so they must have signed up before the 12th

Hi Isawitall,
You signed up for Extra and the discounts are for 4 months off Value. In this case I'm happy to apply a discount of 2 months free for your Extra product, which is roughly the equivalent. Is that ok?
Jojo
