I am having the same problem, been trying for the past week, Broadband slowed down can't work without broadband, step daughter trying to continue Uni work. HELP

Currently having issues with paying my internet bill, I've tried countless times to make an online payment to no avail, over a period of days! Being a student and doing my work from home, I need the internet at this time.
