Billing

Have not had a bill for three months taken from my DD have rung got a open tickets but still no help or response 

not good enough making me very worried about big bill coming in

This is a shame because my broadband and TV ar 100% and much better than my last service 

but will have to leave if not sorted as am retired on fixed income and making me very uncomfortable

Thanks for your prompt response.

I am very happy with my broadband and tv service so will not be leaving ant time soon just hope not long before problem is resolved
