Billing

I don't find your "contact " facilities easy to access but I notice that, with only four days to go, my account change has not been modified to the agreed rate.

Account changes are made on your billing date - up to that time it will show your current account details.

Hi Ammy,
Just had a quick look at your account, your prices for your services will show at full price, you will receive a discount on each bill that will bring your bill to the agreed rate.
What within the contact facilities was did you find troublesome?

Tried to enter correct site where original discussion appeared.      Couldn't find anything under "contact us" .      Original contact made by letter.

If you click on <a href="https://www.plus.net/wizard/index.html?p=search&view_by=30days&from=ddmmyy&to=ddmmyy&x=21&y=12http://www.plus.net/residential/tariffs/homephone.html/">Contact</a>  it will take you to the correspondence we have had with you. Here you will be able to find the rates that have been agreed.
