Just taken on Phone package etc. Been a customer for a while. Notified of new payments etc. I made contact to query bill. The Help assistant  system is so slow that the Payments were taken before any readjustment was made. Its not a lot of money, but I am not happy.

Oldjim, Thanks , but never got a definitive answer, it all seems a bit uncertain. How do I complain?
