What has happened to the wonderful service that was once was Plusnet? No-one answers the phone and no direct email facility to sort out problems. And don't start me on Covid-19 'cop-outs' Every business on the planet now uses Covid as an excuse for poor service. Come on, working from home takes no more energy than sat at a desk. A phone is a phone after all. I've been trying since 8am to contact someone about my inaccurate bill but Covid has put a stop to that of course!!
