I have just been billed for a closed account. I was informed that I could close the account because of a pricing error and there would be no penalty charges. I have now been charged over £100 which at this time I cannot afford. Please help me

Plusnet will respond as soon as they are able - the only difference is that the chance of an earlier response is increased with the move from General Chat to Accounts/Billing. 🤞
