You are not alone Alan. I have been trying to get mine sorted, all has been well for ever, until they put new software in. why don't they test it properly? almost as bad as the banks!

I cannot speak for the other peeps posting here, but this morning mine is working, so I guess Plusnet have untwisted their knickers. An apology would be good, but I am not Holding my breath!

Thanks. well can you please explain why my bill has increased by such a large amount? Looking at my bill I seem to have been charged twice.

On the last contact I was promised and email so that I could send further information. No sign of it yet. what has happened to plusnet's excellent Service, why has ig one down the tubes? It is almost impossible to contact them by phone the waqit times are excessive!
