Is it possible to persuade someone to look at the billing issue I raised over a week ago - #184681842.
Basically, my DD for November failed so I paid it with a debit card and received a "Thanks for clearing the outstanding balance on your account" Email on 9th November.
But when I log in to my account I still see a "PAYMENT DUE - DON'T DELAY - ACT NOW!" notice.
