Billing system is POOR

Right getting sick of plus net billing.
I was over charged last month so rang got it sorted and got refunded the over charged. Guess what got over charged again today why should I need to keep ringing to get this billing sorted.
To top it off I order fibre other day which being fitted on 24th now I am starting to regret it so now thinking cancelling my order and go elsewhere as the management at plus net is damn shocking.

I can see it's due to some issue with discounts which is going to be fixed before the next bill.
