Billing resumed, bill is wrong

Hello,

I have been billed for the last 3 months and charged £20.99 a month instead of £11.

Almost double what it should be. Sad

When I renewed my contract I was given a discount on the fibre extra for 18 months.

See ticket #189718872

Please can a staff member sort this please?

Thank you

I did get my refund but I’ve been overcharged again. Also, it looks like my contract change is still “pending”.

@frindle2037

Does this topic still merit the "Fixed" tag?  You should have the option to "unfix" if needed.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
