as per the title, after over 12 months of no payments being taken (even after numerous conversations with Plusnet) payments now seem to be up and running again......
1) We are no longer Plusnet customers since July 2020
2) The folk at Plusnet had no idea when we were going to be billed....
3) gave me the impression the bill would be 3 months back 1 month future .......
4) Being billed for £16+..... not even anywhere near what we were paying when we were customers..
The payments not being taken is by no means my fault, as I understand it was a transition to a new billing system (??), but feel i'm being penalized for it,,,,
Has this happened to others, what was the best resolution people used and how long has it taken in the past ?
