Billing "Great till it goes wrong"

Plusnet seem to be incapable of correcting billing errors. I have been trying since 29-05-17 to get my bill correct.

What do you have to do to convince Plusnet support they are wrong? I've raised questions and phoned many times in the last 3 month to no avail
