Billing query - how to resolve?

My last bill was incorrect - despite still being in contract a price rise had been applied.
Tried calling - no customer service available . Webchat not available either.
What is the best route to getting some help with this?

Hopefully a Plusnet CS staff member will pick this up here in time. Otherwise you could use Facebook or Twitter.

Thank you for the response. I don't use Twitter or Facebook (at the moment...might have to!).
