So I just received an email telling me my bill was unable to go through this month. I changed my banking details recently but waited until after receiving my bill. I've tried to pay what I owe through the overdue payment help section but it keeps saying there's been an error. No idea what to do now. Any help would be great.
If there's no option to pay your bill after you've logged into your account Here or if you can't login, I'd recommend giving us a call (or asking someone to call and pay on your behalf) on 0800 432 0200 so we can take the payment over the phone.
