Billing problem

There's a problem with my first bill , I was charged for a full months line rental when it should've been only a pro rata bill for 19/12 to 04/01 and due to problems on signing up I was promised a credit equal to two months free fibre which also hasn't been applied.
I've raised a ticket ( Question #63792992 ) about this but has been ignored since I updated it on Saturday morning , if any mods are looking in can you please sort this out ?

The mods are customers like yourself.
Maybe one of the DC Team will spot your post and take a look.

Whats the best way to get them without phoning up  if they don't answer the tickets ?

They do patrol the forum and may spot your thread and it helps that you have posted the ticket number for their reference.
