Having had endless problems I have been paying monthly when reminded. This is because I want to consider whether to stay with Plusnet. This month my service has been curtailed so I can't pay my monthly bill. I can't access my account and the call center is not taking any calls. How am I supposed to pay? Plusnet are not very bright!
