Billing ongoing issues but...

There are seem billing issues ongoing for many customers including myself from last September onwards but surely PN should revert it back to old billing layout that will work? Why can't they until they fix the billing issues has resolved?

It would most probably be harder for them to revert back , For a small number of customers
