Billing issue

Hi, I agreed to a new contract last month for £25.99 per month. Last month I was charged £25.86 and this month it is £27.58. Could you look into this, please?

Apologies if I should've made a new post but the circumstances are almost exactly the same so I thought it'd probably be best to add on here.

Like chelseagirlsw I agreed to renew from last month at £25.99 a month (and have the email clearly stating this) and recently got an email saying that £27.90 would soon be taken.

Could you look into it as well?
