Billing is incorrect & I can't get ahold of support team

Hi,

My bill for April has been posted and it's incorrect - The total shown is almost double what my monthly bill would be. I've moved house in the last month and my tariff did change / increase slightly on a p/m basis, but all of the details given to me in writing / what was discussed in writing with the Plusnet support team at the time is still much lower than what my bill has come to.

Also, as I moved house there were a few days without service which has not be translated onto the bill. 

I'm not sure what to do, as I have a direct debit set up with Plusnet and I really don't want to be charged the incorrect amount. I can't get ahold of anyone in online support on via the phone, so not sure how to dispute. Any insight that could be provided would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
