I got a text this morning from plus net saying they have not recieved my payment,
This is because their computer is so mucked up it cannot take payment!!! You have to ring them to do a manual payment.
Their answer!! Give them a direct debt so they can take money when they like!!!
2years ago I had this and each month they took payment 2 or 3 times in a month now it seems they what this again.
This has been going on now for 4 months and they do not want to fix the problem
Well plus net I am not giving you unfettered access to my bank account.
