It's been some months now since the billing changes. Since I don't often check, I don't know whether this is a recent problem, but when I'm redirected to the new billing page, none of the red and dark-grey buttons work.
Having tried yesterday and again this morning, I'm wondering what's up...
Any others experiencing this problem?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the new billing page.
Can you please confirm if this is the case across multiple devices and different internet browsers?

As you suggested, I tried the same manoeuvre on my phone with no problems.
Time to clear out a few tired cookies on my desktop PC, perhaps?

Thank you for getting back in touch, I'm glad to hear that you're able to access this page from your phone. I'd recommend that you try clearing the cache and cookies on the browser that you're using on your desktop PC and this should hopefully resolve the issue.
