Hi, Latest Bill does not show discounts and there seems to be no way to contact PlusNet.
Any help would be very welcome

Hi there, I've just checked the latest bill and we do see a discount showing against it. Please take a look at a breakdown of the bill here if you haven't already:

thanks for coming back to me.
If you have a look at the previous couple of months bills you will see that there are 2 different discounts correctly applied; one for broadband package and one for phone package. Earlier in the year billing was a bit of a disaster area and it had taken a lot of time & effort to get it right.
The latest bill seems to be missing one of the discount figures.

Thank you for confirming that. I'm sorry that you were overcharged on this month's bill and for the inconvenience that this has caused you. Having looked into this, I can see that the discount against your call plan didn't come off correctly. I've sent you a refund to cover the amount that should have been discounted and this refund will be with you within 5-10 working days. I've readded the discount to ensure that you are billed correctly next month.
