Billing inaccurate

Hi, Recently (December) I came out of my 18month contract and decided to renew my contract as I've had great service from Plusnet and I was quoted and agreed to a price of £27.99 a month but for the past 4 months I've been charged £40.98, Please advise, I tryed the live chat but it is unavailable and due to COVID-19 I can not get through on the phone.
