I have just been billed 39.98 (excluding referrals) on the first day of my new contract, can someone have a look in to this please as the charges / duration should be the same as my other line and that renewal went without issue.

Obviously there is some interest in this but not by Plusnet it would appear, since after 75 views there been no response, so this is nothing more than a gratuitous bump in the hope that someone from Plusnet will respond to it.
