I'm on £15.49 Linesaver rental, which expires next March; today's e mail advises me that this month you'll take an extra £1.50 ie £16.99 Had error previously which PN sorted themselves, and gave me a goodwill credit.
Why's it keep happening???

Sorry to see the billing on your recent invoice is incorrect.
£0.50 of the increase is correct as your call plan has increased from £6 to £6.50, however the other £1 increase seems to be because your account is showing as broadband only, which has increased by £1, despite the fact you also have phone with us.
I'm going to raise a ticket on your account so I can look in to this further and get this resolved for you, however I'll have to get back to you tomorrow.

I unfortunately don't have a permanent fix yet, however I am still trying to get this sorted.
I have however just issued the refund for the £1 over charge for you. That should be back with you within 10 working days.
